1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how EaseToLearn Solutions Private Limited (“EaseToLearn”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operating the EaseToLearn platform, website at easetolearn.com and mobile applications (together, the “Platform”), collects and processes your personal data. By “personal data” we mean any data about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to such data. Where we process data on behalf of a school under a written agreement, that school may be the Data Fiduciary and its own privacy notice may also apply.

3. What personal data we collect

We collect only the data we need to provide and improve our services:

  • Identity & contact data: full name, email address, telephone number, postal address.

  • Learning data: test attempts, scores, progress, contributions and forum activity.
  • Payment data: billing name and contact details. Card and bank details are collected directly by our payment partners (see section 7); we do not store full card or bank-account numbers.

  • To respond to your queries and provide customer and technical support.
  • To maintain, secure and improve the Platform, and for internal analytics.
  • With your consent, to send you updates, offers and information about our courses by email, SMS, WhatsApp or phone (see section 6).
  • To comply with applicable law and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

7. When we share your personal data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in the limited circumstances below:

They may use your data only on our instructions.
  • Payments: To complete a purchase, your name and contact details are shared with our payment partner, who collects your card or bank details directly and processes the transaction. Please review the payment provider’s own privacy policy.
  • Admission counselling (adult users only, optional, opt-in): If you are 18 or older and give separate, explicit consent for this purpose, we may share your contact and course-interest details with partner colleges or counselling partners so they can contact you about admissions. This is optional, is never bundled with sign-up, and you can withdraw it at any time. We do not share the data of users under 18 for this purpose.
  • Legal and protective disclosures: Where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users or the public.

8. Cookies and analytics
