Maharashtra Government has established a State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET CELL) under Admission Regulating Authority per the provision given in Section 10 of Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015, (Here after called the Act).

The online examinations for the next MAH-MBA/MMS CET 2026 for admission to First Year of Full Time Post Graduate Degree Courses in Management (MBA/MMS) are conducted in various institutes in Maharashtra, for Academic Year 2026-27.

The admissions in the given institutes will be based on the candidate CET exam score, provided they are approved & recognized by Government of Maharashtra and are affiliated to any of the Non Agricultural University in Maharashtra State.

MAH MBA CET How to Apply 2026

In order to qualify MAH-MBA/MMS CET 2026, the candidates have to apply online only. Other mode of application (except online) will not be accepted.

MAH MBA CET Selection Procedure 2026

Maharashtra Common Entrance Test or MAH-MBA/MMS CET exam is only a 1 stage exam that comprises a written test.Candidates who qualify for the MAH CET MBA can attempt the counselling at the desired universities depending on the eligibility and merit specified by the respective university.

First phase of exam consists of an online computer-based exam where you need to answer multiple-choice questions (MCQ) in a stipulated time frame.

Last or End phase of the MBA CET 2026 selection process is CAP (Centralized Admission Procedure). Candidates who have qualified the first phase of the MAH MBA CET will be considered for the second phase, which is counselling session. Counselling is done through CAP by Maharashtra DET authorities.

MAH MBA CET Application Fee 2026

• Candidates willing to appear in MAH MBA CET 2026 Exam can pay application form fee through online system only by using Credit Card/ Debit Card (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/ Maestro), Internet Banking, IMPS, Mobile /Cash Cards Wallets for which there will be the service charges, as per rules ,shall be applicable in addition to the application form processing fees.
• Examination form fee will be non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

MAH MBA/MMS CET Examination Centers 2026

• Examination of MAH-MBA/MMS-CET 2026 will be held in selected cities, i.e. - Maharashtra & Outside Maharashtra State.
• The cities in which MAH-MBA/MMS CET 2026 will be held are designated as "Centre" for the CET.
• Many "Venues" will be given in each centre depending upon the number of candidates appearing at that centre.
• Examination will be held online at venues given in the respective Hall Ticket.
