How to Apply for SSC CGL 2025

Here are the key steps to apply for the SSC CGL 2025 exam:

1. Visit the official website of the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) at ssc.gov.in.
2. Click on the "Apply" tab and then select the "CGL Link".
3. If you are a new user, click on "New User/Register Now" to create an account.Provide your personal details like name, father's name, Aadhaar number, date of birth, mother's name, email ID, and mobile number.
4. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number and email. Enter the OTP and click submit to complete the registration process.
5. The system will provide you with a registration number and password. Use these credentials to log in and proceed with filling out the SSC CGL application form.
6. In the application form, provide all the required information such as personal details, educational qualifications, category, and upload scanned images of your photograph and signature as per the specified guidelines.
7. Review the application form carefully before submitting it. Make sure all the details are correct.
8. Pay the application fee General/OBC candidates and nil for SC/ST/Female candidates.
9. After successful submission, you will receive a confirmation email or message. Download and save the application form for future reference.
10. The SSC CGL application correction window will be open on July 09 and 11, 2025, in case you need to make any changes to your application.
